About the Event
A day just for your Shetland (or other small companion pony under 12hh) to come and have fun and show the world how special they are. We will start at 11am with a parade followed by the following games but not necessarily in this order….
- Walk/Trot/Canter(shuffle)
- Fastest snack eater
- Buckaroo! (how many items can you add to your pony without any falling off?)
- Handy Shetland/Companion (bending poles, parking square, walkway etc)
- Chase Me Charlie
- Musical letters
and end by 2pm latest.
There will be prizes to be won for these tiny equines and rosettes to be presented. It really is their time to shine.
Refreshments for handlers and supporters - Mulled wine (non-alcoholic option available) & mince pies.
NB : No dogs on site.
Open to both NRC members and non-members. All ponies must be up-to-date with current vaccinations please.
