Fun for horse and rider. Using ground poles to encourage rhythm and balance, when done regularly, polework can increase your horse’s strength and flexibility, improve their ability to engage the hindquarters, and make their paces more expressive and cadenced.
The session will involve a number of exercises over a variety of shapes and distances using ground poles in the outdoor arena. Poles can stay flat on the ground or be slightly raised – your choice.
Great fun for both rider and horse.
