About the Event
Sarah is a Freelance Dressage Trainer, many of you will already know her as she is local, based at Stadhampton . Successfully competed herself with 3 horses from Advanced Medium to PSG/Int 1. Sarah's philosophy is to train horses ethically, compassionately and correctly to be as athletic as possible to carry their rider. . To train riders to understand how much their balance influences the horse’s way of going and to give them confidence . Sarah has trained all types of horses and ponies, and riders too, from Intro to Small Tour. Sarah is a BHS Senior Coach . 5 years ago she was selected , as one of only 40 Coaches, onto the inaugural ‘Centre 10’ course - led by the well known Sports Psychologist, Charlie Unwin. She says this has given her a unique insight into coaching riders which she brings to the sessions . In 2019 she was awarded ‘Centre 10 Coach of the Year’ . Sarah is looking forward to seeing old faces and meeting new riders too.
