EVENTING TRAINING AT LYNEHAM HEATH EQUESTRIAN

We have organised a 'day camp' at Lyneham Heath EC on Tuesday 13 July 2021. The Eventing team are heading over there for training ahead of the Championships in early August, but we have a few extra spaces should anyone fancy joining us. Amy Kearney is instructing and it promises to be a truly fun day.

In the morning, starting at 10am, there are 30 minute individual SJ lessons in the outdoor arena (we are happy to accommodate joint lessons for an hour should you want to share with a friend). After lunch, we will head out onto the XC course for 60 - 90 minutes depending on group size (max 4).

Lyneham Heath EC is a fabulous venue. An easy drive up the M40 and out to Burford, down the hill through the town and then straight forward lanes to arrive. There is ample parking and toilets! 

The SJ arena is huge… with a superb range of BS jumps. The XC is fantastic... Gently rolling terrain with 2 waters and an excellent range of obstacles to suit all standard of horse and rider. There is a separate training field with 60 – 80cm jumps. The main fields offer 85cm up to BE advanced jumps. Lyneham is only used as a training venue so the going is always good. Something for everyone.

Please remember your body protector and skull cap (no fixed peaks for XC). We would also ask that riders be warmed up and ready to ride for their start times.

The cost is £95 per rider to include both course hires (this includes your £5 member discount). BOOKINGS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY 8 JULY LATEST.
