DRILL RIDING

It's getting exciting! Continuing our Drill Riding training and hopefully polishing our routine for the grand demonstration in December.  Another training session for member's who would like to have a go at Drill Riding or who would like to continue training. 

Specialist drill riding instructor, Debbie Beasant, will continue to put us through our paces while ensuring we all thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Drill riding can be done to music or without and at all levels. It is incredibly educating for both horse and rider having to be flexible, organised, thinking ahead and also be part of the group and all the dynamics within it… Laughter is a guaranteed ingredient, especially in the beginning and it all makes for a great team spirit!

Debbie has put together a fabulous routine which we will continue to practice and polish. It is easy to slot in if you havent been before. We will be adding music to the routine in the near future and hope to showcase the result at a Christmas social. There will be tasteful bling and Christmas jumpers. 

Finally, Debbie has space for a 30-45 minute private training session from 10am if you would like more personal tution before joining the main ride either this time or on another date. She is a kind and inspiring instructor who concentrates on both horse and rider partnership.

The venue is the big indoor arena at Manor Farm  Equestrian, Manor Farm, Kingsey, HP17 8LU.  Costs will be divided by the numbers who attend (up to 10 riders) and advised when final details are confirmed (max will be £30 / rider if only 4 attending but usually £20 - £25 per rider).

Ample parking, please keep things tidy and no dogs allowed on site.
