Grown Up Gymkhana

Writer's picture: Naphill Riding ClubNaphill Riding Club

Sometimes you just need a laugh or two with your horse. Grown Up Gymkhana at Radnage House Stables provide a good dose of giggles with some ridiculous displays of competitiveness.

Tamsin Addison provided a fantastic array of games to play: bending, santa hat racing, musical stables, grandmother's hoofsteps and the 'mince pie and spoon' race (among others).

Displays of fierce polo style ride offs during musical stables, as well as various expletives in the mince pie and spoon race were just some highlights.

Lots of fun, and the perfect medicine to brace us for Tier 4 blues.

Looks like great fun. Missed out through injury and lockdown a lot this year but managed to get in Dressage to Music and Qualified for Champs.

Roll on next year to get Buddy Boy out and about 👍

What fun it brought back some memories of early days of the club when it was a yearly event
